| tbsp | Butter | | 4
| | Slices of white bread |

Procedures:
| 1 | Blend egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon. | | 2 | Mix coconut and cornflakes. | | 3 | Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. | | 4 | Dip bread in egg mixture, then in corn flakes mixture. | | 5 | Brown in skillet until light golden on both sides, turning once. | | 6 | Serve with maple syrup |
