Ingredients:
1/3 cupYellow cornmeal
1/3 cupFlour
2 tbspInstant non fat dry milk
2 tspSugar
1 tspBaking powder
1/8 tspSalt
1 largeEgg
1/3 cupWater
1 tbspMargarine, melted
Procedures:
16 pancakes 90 calories per pancake Mix dry ingredients.
2Mix egg and water thoroughly.
3Stir into dry ingredients with margarine.
4Mix until dry ingredients are barely moistened.
5Batter will be lumpy.
6For each pancake, pour batter onto hot griddle or frypan, using about 3 tablespoons batter.
7Cook until top is bubbly and edges begin to dry.
8Turn and brown other side.
