Procedures:
| 1 | Coffee cake: preheat oven to 350 deg f. | | 2 | Grease 9" pan. | | 3 | Combine all ingredients except for streusel topping in a mixing bowl. | | 4 | Blend well. | | 5 | Pour into prepared pan. | | 6 | Sprinkle with streusel topping. | | 7 | Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. | | 8 | Streusel topping: mix ingredients until crumbly |
