| cup | Chocolate chips | | 1
| | Egg, slightly beaten | | 1
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Milk | | | Soft vanilla ice cream OR | | | Cool Whip |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine the pancake mix, sugar and chocolate chips. | | 2 | Stir in the milk and the egg. | | 3 | Drop by heaping tablespoonsfull onto a heated grill or skillet. | | 4 | Fry until bubbly. | | 5 | Turn, brown on the other side. | | 6 | Serve with soft vanilla ice cream of cool whip layered between two pancakes. |
