Ingredients:
2 3/4 cupFlour
1 tbspBaking powder
1 tspSalt
1 1/2 cupMilk
1/3 cupOil, vegetable
1/4 cupEgg beaters, egg substitue
1 tspVanilla
1/2 cupPacked light brown sugar
4 ozChocolate chips
Procedures:
1Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
2In a seperate bowl, combine milk, oil, egg, vanilla, brown sugar and chocolate chips.
3Stir to dissolve sugar.
4Add to flour mixture, stirring only enough to moisten flour.
5Batter should be lumpy.
6Fill 12 greased muffin cups two-thirds (2/3) full.
7Bake at 425 deg f for 11 to 13 minutes or until muffins are golden in color.
