Ingredients:

| cup | Oil, vegetable | | 1/4
| cup | Egg beaters, egg substitue | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1/2
| cup | Packed light brown sugar | | 4
| oz | Chocolate chips |

Procedures:
| 1 | Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. | | 2 | In a seperate bowl, combine milk, oil, egg, vanilla, brown sugar and chocolate chips. | | 3 | Stir to dissolve sugar. | | 4 | Add to flour mixture, stirring only enough to moisten flour. | | 5 | Batter should be lumpy. | | 6 | Fill 12 greased muffin cups two-thirds (2/3) full. | | 7 | Bake at 425 deg f for 11 to 13 minutes or until muffins are golden in color. | | 8 | * note: the following are true when made with skim milk, egg beaters egg substitute *** calories: 207, fat: 7g, sodium: 148mg., cholesterol:0mg. | | 9 | Each muffin is 29.3% calories from fat |
