Ingredients:

| cup | FLOUR | | 1
| dash | SALT | | 1
| dash | SUGAR | | 1
| tsp | BAKING POWDER | | 1/8
| tsp | CAYENNE PEPPER | | 2
| tbsp | BUTTER, CUT IN SMALL PIECES | | 3
| tbsp | MILK | | 1/2
| cup | GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and pepper. | | 2 | Stir to mix. | | 3 | Cut butter in with fork until mixture is crumbly. | | 4 | Add milk, one tablespoon at a time until a sticky dough forms. | | 5 | Pat dough into ?inch thick rectangle on work surface. | | 6 | Try not to add more flour as dough needs to be sticky. | | 7 | Cut into two 3" rounds with cookie cutter. | | 8 | Place cheese on a small plate add press each biscuit into cheese to coat top and sides. | | 9 | Bottom should not have cheese on it. | | 10 | Place biscuits cheese side up on a well greased baking sheet and bake at 400 deg f. for 14 minutes or until golden crust forms. | | 11 | Remove from sheet immediately. | | 12 | Serve hot |
