Ingredients:
3 tbspButter
3 tbspParmesan cheese
-grated
6 Separated eggs
8 ozRoom temp cream cheese
1 cupGrated cheddar cheese
1/2 cupSour cream
3 tbspChopped pimento
1 tbspChopped chives
3/4 tbspDry mustard
3/4 lbsCanadian bacon, cut in
-bite-sized pieces
Procedures:
1Butter bottom and sides of individual souffle dishes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
2Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored, about 5 minutes.
3Beat in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, pimento, chives and mustard.
4Using clean, dry beaters, beat egg whites until stiff.
5Gently, fold into yolk mixture; fold in canadian bacon.
6Turn souffle into souffle dishes.
7Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes.
8Souffle is done when a knife inserted in center comes out clean
