Buttermilk cinnamon coffee cake

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cupFLOUR
1 cupBROWN SUGAR
3/4 cupGRANULATED SUGAR
2 tspCINNAMON
1/2 tspSALT
1/4 tspGINGER
3/4 cupVEGETABLE OIL
1 cupCHOPPED WALNUTS OR PECANS
1 tspBAKING POWDER
1 tspBAKING SODA
1 cupBUTTERMILK
1 eachLARGE EGG
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 deg f.
2Lightly grease a 9" x 13" pan.
3Mix flour, sugars, 1 ts spoon cinnamon, salt and ginger.
4Stir in oil until mixture is crumbly and evenly moistened.
5For cake topping, put ?cup flour mixture into a small bowl.
6Stir in nuts and remaining cinnamon.
7Stir baking powder and soda into remaining mixture.
8Beat buttermilk and egg to blend.
9Add to flour mix, stirring until batter just forms.
10Pour mixture into prepared pan.
11Sprinkle topping over pan evenly.
12Bake at 350 deg f. for 40 to 45 minutes or until pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
13Cool completely, in the pan, on a wire rack.
14Makes 12 servings.
