Ingredients:

| cup | All-purpose flour | | 2
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Cream of tartar | | 3/4
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | (1 stick) butter | | 2/3
| cup | Buttermilk | | 1
| | Egg | | | Milk | | | Additional sugar |

Procedures:
