Mix wholemeal, salt and bakingpowder.

Rub in the butter.

Dissolve the honey in the milk, add to dry ingredients and mix to a soft dough.

Rollout, cut out, and bake on a cookie sheet for 10 - 12 minutes at 425 degrees.
