Ingredients:
-Sue Woodward
1 9" pie shell, unbaked
1/2 lbsSausage, cooked and drained
2 cupCheddar cheese, shredded
-(8-oz.)
2 cupPotatoes, raw, shredded
-rinsed in cold water and
-patted dry
5 Eggs, well beaten
Salt
Pepper
Procedures:
1Spread sausage evenly in bottom of prepared pie shell.
2Sprinkle cheese, then potatoes, over sausage.
3Pour eggs over all.
4Bake at 425°F for 5 mins., reduce heat to 375°F and bake 45-60 mins., until lightly browned and well set.
