Ingredients:
2 small potatoes
Procedures:
11 egg, fork-beaten with a little milk 2 slices toast, crumbled 1 slice chedar or process cheese salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste scrub and pare potatoes, but do not peel.
2Slice lengthwise into fourths.
3Butter a shallow microwave-safe baking dish.
4Dip potato slices first into the egg, then into the crumbs to coat.
5Place the slices in the baking dish.
6Top with any remaining crumbs.
7Dot with a tablespoon of butter, if desired.
8Microbake on 100% power 3-5 min, or until potato is tender and batter is set.
9If desired, top with the slice of cheese and mw 1 minute more to melt.
10Sprinkle with seasonings
