Procedures:
| 1 | Combine all ingredients except for the bread. | | 2 | Blend well. | | 3 | Pour into a shallow dish or pan. | | 4 | Place bread slices into the dish. | | 5 | Turn to coat bread on both sides. | | 6 | Cook on griddle or in a skillet, in oil, margarine or butter, until golden, turn and cook until second side is golden. | | 7 | Serve with syrup or confectioners sugar |
