Ingredients:

| cup | Whole wheat flour | | 1
| tbsp | Baking powder | | 1/4
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tbsp | Baking soda | | 1
| tbsp | Sugar if blueberries are | | | -unsweetened | | 1/2
| cup | Soymilk or rice milk | | 1/2
| cup | Canned blueberries w/juice |

Procedures:
