Ingredients:
1 cupOlive oil
1/2 cupFresh lemon juice
1/3 cupFresh rosemary -- chopped
6 T-bone steaks -- (12-14 oz.
Each)
Procedures:
1Combine oil, lemon juice, roesmary and generouse amount of pepper in large glass baking dish.
2Add steaks and turn to coat.
3Cover and chill 4 to 6 hours.
4Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
5Remove steaks from marinade.
6Sprinkle with salt.
7Grill to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for rare.
8Transfer to plates and serve
