Banana oat bars

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cupAll-purpose flour
1 cupQuick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cupSugar
2 tspBaking powder
1 tspGround cinnamon
1/2 tspBaking soda
1/2 cupRaisins
1 cupMashed ripe bananas
-(about 2 med, ?lb total)
1/4 cupNonfat milk
2 largeEgg whites
1 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1In large bowl, stir together flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, soda, and raisins.
2Add bananas, milk, egg whites, and vanilla; beat until lightly mixed.
3Spread batter in a nonstick (or lightly oiled regular) 9x13" pan.
4Bake in a 350°F.
5Oven until cake is golden brown, just begins to pull from pan sides, and springs back when lightly touched in center, 35-40 minutes.
6Serve warm or cool, cut into about 2" squares.
7Store as directed.
