Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupRice flour
2 tspBaking powder
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspXanthan gum
1 1/4 cupWater
3 tbspVegetable oil
2 tbspHoney
2 Egg yolks, beaten
2 largeBananas, mashed
1/2 cupChopped walnuts
2 Egg whites
Vegetable oil, for frying
Procedures:
1Combine flour, baking powder, salt and xanthan gum in medium bowl.
2Stir in water, oil, honey, egg yolks, banana and nuts.
3Beat egg whites in medium bowl until stiff peaks form.
4Fold into batter.
5Pour batter onto hot oiled griddle or skillet; cook on both sides until golden brown.
