| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 1/8
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 1
| tbsp | Margarine, melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 400^. | | 2 | Line or grease 12 muffin cups. | | 3 | Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. | | 4 | Add applesauce, milk, brown sugar, oil, and egg white: mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. | | 5 | Fill muffin cups almost full. | | 6 | For topping, combine ingredients: sprinkle evenly over batter. | | 7 | Bake 20-22 minutes or until deep golden brown |
