| 1 | Saute mushrooms in ?stick of butter. |
| 2 | Mix ground beef with spices thoroughly. |
| 3 | Fashion into thin patties (?); 5 inches in diameter as they will shrink and get "thicker" after grilling. |
| 4 | Grill until desired doneness. |
| 5 | Garnish with mushrooms, tomatoes, sharp cheddar cheese and lettuce. |
| 6 | Serve on an onion roll. |
| 7 | Purple onion slices are optional for those who enjoy that sweet onion. |
| 8 | Hamburgers tend to get a little boring but this will change your mind about the traditional burger. |
| 9 | Note: this is not a "hot" burger, so stay with the spices. |
