Apple cinnamon popovers

Ingredients:
1 cupEGG BEATERS, EGG SUBSTITUTE
3/4 cupFLOUR
1/2 cupAPPLE SAUCE
1/3 cupBUTTERMILK
2 tbsp+ 2 TSP LOW-CAL MARGARINE
1 tspCINNAMON
3/4 tspSUGAR
1/4 tspBAKING SODA
Procedures:
1Melt and cool the margarine.
2Preheat oven to 425 deg f.
3Spray four popover pans (10 oz. size) with cooking spray.
4In a blender, combine all ingredients well.
5Pour ?of the batter into each cup.
6Set cups on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, until puffed and golden.
7Using a knife, cut a slit in the top of each popover to let out steam.
8Bake for five minutes more.
9Serve with butter or jam.
10Each serving = 178 calories, 4 g fat, 25 g carbohydrates.
