Ingredients:

| cup | EGG BEATERS, EGG SUBSTITUTE | | 3/4
| cup | FLOUR | | 1/2
| cup | APPLE SAUCE | | 1/3
| cup | BUTTERMILK | | 2
| tbsp | + 2 TSP LOW-CAL MARGARINE | | 1
| tsp | CINNAMON | | 3/4
| tsp | SUGAR | | 1/4
| tsp | BAKING SODA |

Procedures:
| 1 | Melt and cool the margarine. | | 2 | Preheat oven to 425 deg f. | | 3 | Spray four popover pans (10 oz. size) with cooking spray. | | 4 | In a blender, combine all ingredients well. | | 5 | Pour ?of the batter into each cup. | | 6 | Set cups on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, until puffed and golden. | | 7 | Using a knife, cut a slit in the top of each popover to let out steam. | | 8 | Bake for five minutes more. | | 9 | Serve with butter or jam. | | 10 | Each serving = 178 calories, 4 g fat, 25 g carbohydrates. | | 11 | Fat percent per serving = 20 % |
