Ingredients:

| each | Garlic cloves | | 2
| cup | Tomatoes, canned in puree | | 1
| tbsp | Oregano | | 1
| tsp | Basil | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 3/4
| lbs | Fettucine | | 3/4
| lbs | Shrimp | | 1/2
| cup | Olives, black | | 1/4
| lbs | Feta cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bring large pot of water to boil. | | 2 | Cut onion into thin slices. | | 3 | In a large skillet, warm the oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking. | | 4 | Add the onion and garlic and cook until the mixture is golden, about 5 minutes. | | 5 | Add the tomatoes, oregano, basil and pepper, and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, breaking up the tomatoes with a spoon. | | 6 | Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, while you cook the pasta and prepare the shrimp. | | 7 | Shell and devein the shrimp. | | 8 | Uncover the sauce, bring to boil over medium-heat. | | 9 | Add the shrimp, reduce heat to low, cover andsimmer for 3 minutes. | | 10 | Add the olives and half the feta cheese, stir to combine. | | 11 | Drain the pasta, serve topped with the shrimp and sauce. | | 12 | Crumble remaining feta cheese on top |
