Ingredients:
3 lbsFrench bread (wide loaf), un 1 ?qt Milk
4 ozAlmonds, dry-roasted, diced
8 ozCream cheese, softened
1/2 cupRaspberry preserves
24 Eggs
1 tspAlmond extract
1 tspVanilla extract
1 tspCinnamon
Butter, maple syrup, powdere
Procedures:
1Recipe by: blue diamond growers cut bread into 1-inch slices and cut a pocket into each side.
2Combine almonds, cream cheese and preserves and stuff into bread pockets.
3Beat together eggs, milk and flavorings.
4Soak bread and saute in butter until browned on both sides.
5Serve 2-4 slices per person
