Ingredients:

| tsp | Dry mustart | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/2
| tbsp | Black pepper, coarse ground | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| each | 12 oz can flat beer | | 2
| tbsp | Salad oil |

Procedures:
