Ingredients:
3 lbsRound or sirloin steaks
(1" Thick)
1/2 cupSoy Sauce
3 tbspBrown sugar, packed
1 tspGinger
1/2 tspDry mustart
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1/2 tbspBlack pepper, coarse ground
2 tbspLemon juice
1 each12 oz can flat beer
2 tbspSalad oil
Procedures:
1Combine marinade ingredients and pour over steak.
2Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours.
3Grill 3-4 inches from hot coals, basting frequently with marinade, for about 20 minutes (10 minutes each side) or to desired doneness.
4Slice steak thinly on the diagnonal before serving.
