Ingredients:

| cup | Cheddar cheese, shredded | | 6 1/2
| oz | White tuna in water, drained | | 3/4
| cup | Black olives, sliced | | 1
| tbsp | Onion flakes, dried | | 1
| tbsp | Parsley, dried | | 1
| tsp | Seasoned salt | | 2
| large | Eggs, beaten | | 2
| tbsp | Milk | | | PAM cooking spray |

Procedures:
| 1 | Tangy butter sauce ?cup butter -- melted 1 tablespoon lemon juice ?teaspoon seasoned salt ?teaspoon parsley -- dried * note: i have always used left over cooked rice a roni. | | 2 | Pre-heat oven to 375 °F. | | 3 | Combine rice, cheese, tuna, olives, onion, parsley and seasoned salt. | | 4 | Stir in eggs and milk, mixing thoroughly. | | 5 | Spray muffin tin with pam. | | 6 | Divide the rice mixture evenly among the cups. | | 7 | Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients. | | 8 | Loosen muffins with a spatula and serve with sauce |
