Cheesy tuna rice muffins

Ingredients:
2 cupCooked rice, * see note
1 cupCheddar cheese, shredded
6 1/2 ozWhite tuna in water, drained
3/4 cupBlack olives, sliced
1 tbspOnion flakes, dried
1 tbspParsley, dried
1 tspSeasoned salt
2 largeEggs, beaten
2 tbspMilk
PAM cooking spray
Procedures:
1Tangy butter sauce ?cup butter -- melted 1 tablespoon lemon juice ?teaspoon seasoned salt ?teaspoon parsley -- dried * note: i have always used left over cooked rice a roni.
2Pre-heat oven to 375 °F.
3Combine rice, cheese, tuna, olives, onion, parsley and seasoned salt.
4Stir in eggs and milk, mixing thoroughly.
5Spray muffin tin with pam.
6Divide the rice mixture evenly among the cups.
7Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients.
8Loosen muffins with a spatula and serve with sauce
