Ingredients:

| lbs | Ground beef | | 1
| med | Onion, diced | | 1
| med | Celery stalk, diced | | 32
| oz | Tomato sauce | | 4
| oz | Mushrooms, sliced | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | 3/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Sugar | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 3
| med | Potatoes, thinly sliced | | 4
| oz | Mozzarella cheese, shredded |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook beef , onion, and celery until browned. | | 2 | Stir in tomato sauce, mushrooms, water, salt, sugar and peppe. | | 3 | Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. | | 4 | Cover and simmer 5 minutes. | | 5 | Into a 9x13-inch baking dish, spoon 1/3 of beef mixture. | | 6 | Arrange ?of potato slices on top. | | 7 | Repeat, ending with ground beef mixture. | | 8 | Cover dish with foil. | | 9 | Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. | | 10 | Remove from oven. | | 11 | Discard foil. | | 12 | Sprinkle with cheese. | | 13 | Return to oven just until cheese melts |
