Ingredients:
16 ozCheddar, md, shredded
2 eachEggs, lg
1 cupUnbleached flour
1 tspSalt
3 quartBoiling water
1/2 cupButter
1/2 pintSour cream
1 xGARNISHES
1 xPaprika
1 xParsley
Procedures:
1Mash the cheddar cheese and add the eggs mixing well.
2Stir in the flour and salt.
3Drop by tbls into the rapidly boiling water then cover and boil for 15 minutes.
4Drain and serve with melted butter and sour cream.
5Sprinkle with chopped parsley or paprika, if desired
