1/8 tspGround nutmeg
4 eachWhole wheat English muffins
1 x-split and toasted
2 eachKiwi fruit, sliced or
1 x-1 c sliced strawberries
1 x-or peaches
Procedures:
1* in a small bowl, combine riotta cheese, lime peel, lime juice, sugar, and nutmeg.
2Spread cheese mixture evenly over toasted muffin halves.
