Ingredients:
| | -Use for Pizza Nissa Socca | | 1
| pack | Yeast | | 1/2
| tsp | Sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 2
| cup | Flour, to 2 ?c | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/3
| cup | Warm water | | 1/3
| cup | Warm water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Soften yeast in 1/3 c warm water for 5 minutes. | | 2 | Add 2 c flour and the rest of the ingredients. | | 3 | Knead til smooth, adding additional flour as needed. | | 4 | Place in greased bowl and cover and let sit til doubled. | | 5 | Punch down and roll out to fit pizza pan. | | 6 | Use this dough to make pizza nissa socca. | | 7 | Also need recipe for tomato pizza sauce. |
