Ingredients:
1 packDried apricots, 11 oz
1 canApricot nectar, 12 oz
2 eachBellgian carrots, drained, 2
1/2 cupFirmly packed brown sugar
4 tbspButter
1/4 cupSlivered almonds
Procedures:
1Soak apricots in nectar overnight.
2Put 1 jar carrots into a two quart casserole.
3Top with half the apricots, half the apricot nectar, and ?c brown sugar.
4Dot with 2 t butter, repeat layers.
5Sprinkle with almonds.
6Bake, covered at 350 °F for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
