Ingredients:
CHICKEN
2 cupCubed cooke chicken
1 1/2 cupTo 2 C Fresh blueberries
1 cupSliced celery
1 cupSeedless green grapes
-halved
1/2 cupSliced almonds
3 Cantaloupes, halved seeded
DRESSING
1/2 cupMayonnaise
1/4 cupSour cream
1 tbspFresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tspGrated lemon peel
1 1/2 tspSugar

1 1/2 tspSugar substitute
1/2 tspGround ginger
1/4 tspSalt (optional)
Procedures:
1In a large bowl, combine chicken, blueberries, celery, grapes and almonds.
2In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
3Pour over the chicken mixture and toss gently.
4Spoon into cantaloupe halves.
