Ingredients:

| lbs | Cantaloupe, 1 Md. | | 1 1/2
| cup | Orange Juice | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Ginger, Ground | | 1
| tbsp | Lime Juice | | 5 1/3
| oz | Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1Cn | | | GARNISH | | | Mint Sprigs | | | Lime, Thinly Sliced |

Procedures:
