Ingredients:
1 cupBrown or white rice
1 canMushroom Soup, 10 ?oz
1 canLight tuna or bonito 6 ?/td>
Oz can, drained
1 tspButter or margarine
1 1/2 tbspDry bread crumbs
2 ozCheddar Cheese, or more to
Taste, grated
Procedures:
1Cook rice following package directions.
2Stir soup into rice.
3Mash tuna and stir into rice mixture.
4Spread butter over inside of 1 ?quart casserole; sprinkle bread crumbs over butter.
5Pour tuna-rice mixture into casserole and sprinkele with grated cheese.
6Bake on middle shelf of preheated 375°F oven 30 minutes.
7Serves 4 to Variation: add any vegetables you fancy to the rice mixture.
8It"s a good way to use up leftover peas and/or carrots
