Ingredients:

| cup | Chopped onion | | 2
| tbsp | Chopped green pepper | | 1
| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| can | Tomato soup | | 1
| can | Milk |

Procedures:
| 1 | Ds red pepper 1 egg, separated cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender. | | 2 | Stir in soup, milk and red pepper. | | 3 | Heat; but do not boil. | | 4 | Slightly beat egg yolk, stir a little hot soup into yolk. | | 5 | Gradually add to soup. | | 6 | Beat egg white until very soft peaks form. | | 7 | Add ?cup soup mixture, beat lightly. | | 8 | Pour on top of soup; heat. | | 9 | Submitted by jane knox on 09-12-9 |
