Campbell soup - meaty pizza

Ingredients:
1 canTomato soup or cheddar
Cheese soup
1 1/2 lbsGround beef
1/2 cupFine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cupMinced onion
1 Egg slightly beaten
1 tspSalt
1 medClove garlic, minced
Procedures:
1Ds oregano, crushed 3 oz mozzarella or mild process cheese, sliced mix thoroughly ?cup soup with all ingredients, except cheese; pat meat evently on baking sheet into 10 inch circle with 1 inch stand-up rim.
2Or, use a cookie sheet, placing 16 inch long sheet of aluminum foil (double thickness or heavy duty) on it.
3Turn up edges and sale corners to hold drippings.
4Bake at 450 °F for 10 minutes.
5Spoon off fat; spread rest of soup on meat; top with cheese.
6Sprinkle with additional oregano; top with mushrooms, anchovies, olives or sausage, if desired.
7Bake 10 minutes more, cut into wedges and serve.
8If using cheddar cheese soup, substitute 4 slices tomato, cut in quarters for sliced cheese.
