| large | Clove garlic, minced | | | Ds Thyme, crushed | | | Ds Rosemary, crushed | | 2/3
| cup | Light cream | | 12
| oz | Long-grain rice, wild |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook rice according to directions. | | 2 | Use 1 large frying pan or prepare in 2 frying pans, 10 inch, by dividing the ingredients equally. | | 3 | Brown chicken in butter, remove. | | 4 | Brown mushroms; stir in soup, garlic and seasonings; add chicken. | | 5 | Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. | | 6 | Stir occasionally; blend in cream; heat slowly. | | 7 | Serve with rice |
