Ingredients:
3 lbsSplit chicken breasts
1/4 cupButter
2 cupSliced mushroms
2 canCream of chicken soup
1 largeClove garlic, minced
Ds Thyme, crushed
Ds Rosemary, crushed
2/3 cupLight cream
12 ozLong-grain rice, wild
Procedures:
1Cook rice according to directions.
2Use 1 large frying pan or prepare in 2 frying pans, 10 inch, by dividing the ingredients equally.
3Brown chicken in butter, remove.
4Brown mushroms; stir in soup, garlic and seasonings; add chicken.
5Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
6Stir occasionally; blend in cream; heat slowly.
7Serve with rice
