| small | Potatoes, red, scrubbed | | 1/2
| lbs | Shrimp, fresh cooked | | 1
| can | 14 ½oz.cajun stewed | | | Tomatoes | | 1/3
| cup | Parsley, fresh minced | | | Pepper, black, ground | | | To taste | | 14
| fl oz | Water + chicken boullion | | 3/4
| lbs | Red snapper fillets | | | Cut into 1" cubes | | 1/8
| tsp | Cayenne pepper (OPTIONAL) | | 1/2
| cup | Clam juice |

Procedures:
