Ingredients:

| each | Thick pork chops | | 1
| x | Salt & red cayenne pepper | | 1 1/2
| cup | Dry white wine | | 1
| cup | Bell pepper, chopped | | 1
| cup | Onions, chopped | | 1
| each | Clove garlic, chopped | | 3
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 1
| cup | Pinapple chunks (15 oz.) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Salt and red pepper the chops. | | 2 | Brown them slowly in a skillet. | | 3 | Add wine, bell pepper, onion, and garlic, cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. | | 4 | Remove pork chops, being sure to keep them warm. | | 5 | Add the soy sauce and syrup from the pineapple. | | 6 | Stir and simmer until more or less thick. | | 7 | Add the pineapple chunks and bring to a boil. | | 8 | Serve over pork chops and hot cooked rice |
