Ingredients:
1 cupButter
1 1/2 cupFlour, sifted
3 Eggs, separated
1 tspBaking soda
1 1/4 cupSugar
1 tspBaking powder
1 cupSour cream, dairy
1/2 tspCinnamon
1/2 cupNuts, chopped
Procedures:
1Cream 1c sugar and butter.
2Add egg yolks and sour cream.
3Beat until light and fluffy.
4Add flour, baking powder and baking soda.
5Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
6Sprinkle with topping made of ?c sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
7Dot with extra butter.
8Bake at 325 °F for 1 hour.
9Allow to cool in pan for 15 minutes before turning out
