Cabbage, carrot and onion curry

Ingredients:
1/2 smallCabbage
3 medCarrots
2 largeOnions
1 tbspGhee
1/2 tspCumin
1/4 tspTurmeric
1/4 tspMustard seeds
1/4 tspChili powder
1/4 tspCoriander
1/4 tspCinnamon powder
Salt, to taste
Procedures:
1Cut the cabbage into small pieces.
2In a separate container cut carrots into thin rounds.
3Peel onions and cut into small pieces.
4In a medium-sized pan saute the onion with butter or margarine.
5When onions feel soft, add mustard seeds.
630 seconds after that add cumin powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder.
7Mix the spices.
8Drop carrots in pan and saute.
9Put the lid on for 5 minutes.
10Now add cabbage.
11Mix all the vegetables together.
12Add cinnamon powder, salt, and chili powder.
13Put the lid on.
14Wait for 5 minutes.
15Turn over mixture in pan.
16Make sure the spices don"t stick to the bottom of the pan.
17Put the lid back on and leave it another 8 minutes.
18If you want curry to be softer, keep the lid on longer after cooking.
19Serve hot or warm.
