Ingredients:
3 largeShiitake mushrooms
2 eachCakes medium tofu
1 lbsCabbage, sliced
3 tbspOil
1/2 tspSalt
2 tspSoy sauce
1 tspMirin sauce
Procedures:
1Soak mushrooms in ?c hot water for ?hour.
2Put tofu onto a paper towel & leave to drain for 30 minutes.
3Remove mushrooms from water, reserve liquid.
4Cut off & discard stems.
5Slice caps into ? wide strips.
6Heat oil in an 8" skillet.
7When hot, put in cabbage & mushrooms.
8Stir & fry for 1 minute, till cabbage wilts.
9Reduce heat to medium.
10Crumble tofu & it to the skillet.
11Add salt, soy sauce & mirin.
12Stir & fry for another 5 minutes.
