Ingredients:
1 cupRice (raw)
1 canChicken broth soup
1/4 lbsButter or margarine
1/2 cupMushrooms, chopped
1/2 cupOnions, diced
1/2 cupCelery, diced
1 tspSalt
1 canBeef consomme soup
Procedures:
1Melt butter in skillet and cook onions and celery until translucent.
2Into buttered casserole dish put alternate layers of rice, onion/celery mixture, and mushrooms.
3Add salt and a little pepper.
4Pour the two cans of broth over the mix and place covered in oven at 350 °F for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
5If rice seems dry, add a little water
