Brigitte sealing's turkey dumpling casserole

Ingredients:
1 lbsGround turkey
1/3 cupChopped onions
2/3 cupBeef broth
1/4 cupChopped green peppers
2 tbspFlour
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspRosemary
1 tbspVegetable oil
1 can8 oz Tomato sauce
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspSage
1 clGarlic
1/2 cupCornmeal
1/2 tspBaking powder
1 Egg
1/4 cupMilk
1 1/2 tspVegetable oil
Procedures:
1In a large, heavy skillet cook turkey in oil (or you can use vegetable cooking spray) about 5 minutes or until lightly browned,stirring to break up the meat.
2Add onions, tomato sauce, beef broth, sage, salt, garlic, and peppers.
3Bring to a boil, and reduce heat and cover.
4Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5Meanwhile, mix the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, rosemary, egg, milk and oil.
6Mix well and drop by tablespoons on top of the turkey mix.
7Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until dumplings are firm.
