Ingredients:
| 1/2
| cup | Rye meal or Plain flour | | 1/2
| cup | Corn Meal | | 1/2
| cup | Coarse whole wheat flour | | 1
| tsp | Baking Soda | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 2/5
| cup | Molasses | | 1
| cup | Sour milk | | 1/2
| cup | Seedless Raisins |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix dry ingredients and stir in molasses and sour milk. | | 2 | (to make sour milk, add 1 t vinegar to 1 cup sweet milk). | | 3 | Grease two #2 tin cans and place rings of waxed paper in bottoms. | | 4 | Divide batter evenly between the two cans, and cover with aluminum foil. | | 5 | Place in covered kettle of boiling water, bring water half way up sides of cans, and boil for two hours. | | 6 | When ready to serve, unmold by running knife around inside of can and shaking out onto plate. | | 7 | Cut thinly and serve with boston baked beans |
