Ingredients:
2 cupFrozen peas, thawed
3/4 cupQuick cooking barley
1/4 cupParsley, chopped
1/4 cupOnion, chopped
1 tspThyme
1/2 tspSalt
15 ozBlack eyed peas, cooked
14 1/2 ozVegetable broth
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in large skillet or saucepan.
2Bring to a boil.
3Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until barley is tender
