| oz | Egg noodles, medium | | 2
| tbsp | Butter or Margarine | | 1
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 1
| lbs | Beef, boneless | | | - cut in thin strips | | 1
| small | Onions | | | - chopped | | 1
| cup | Sour cream | | 1/4
| cup | Black Bean Sauce | | 1/4
| tsp | Black pepper, ground | | 1/8
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| cup | Parsley | | | - minced |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook noodles as package directs; drain and keep warm. | | 2 | Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon butter and vegetable oil in large skillet over high heat. | | 3 | Add beef; saute 2 minutes or until browned. | | 4 | Remove from skillet. | | 5 | Melt remaining 1 tablesppon butter in same skillet. | | 6 | Add onion; suate 2 minutes, or until tender. | | 7 | Mix in beef, sour cream, black bean suace, pepper and salt. | | 8 | Heat through. | | 9 | Remove from heat; stir in parsley. | | 10 | Serve over noodles |
