Ingredients:
1 cupDried red beans
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 tspBrown sugar
1 cupStock
2 eachCakes tofu
2 tbspOil
1 eachGreen onion, chopped
1 tspGarlic, chopped
1 eachGreen chili, sliced
1 tbspSalted black beans
1 pinchBlack pepper
Procedures:
1Soak dried beans.
2Boil until tender.
3Drain & mash.
4Stir sugar & soy sauce into the sock & mix with mashed beans.
5Cut tofu into small cubes.
6Heat oil & stir fry gren onions, garlic & chili for 30 seconds.
7Add black beans, tofu & mashed red beans.
8Cook gently for 5 minutes.
9Sprinkle with pepper & serve.
