Ingredients:

| cup | Rice | | 4 1/2
| cup | Water | | 2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| each | Bay leaf | | 2
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 1/4
| tsp | Cumin | | | Black pepper to taste |

Procedures:
