Ingredients:

| cup | Frozen corn, thawed | | 1
| med | Red or green pepper, cut | | | Into strips | | 1
| small | Zucchini, chopped fine | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground pepper | | 11
| oz | Jar mild salsa | | 4
| oz | Monterey Jack cheese, grated | | 3
| oz | Crushed tortilla chips |

Procedures:
| 1 | Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. | | 2 | Grease 12"x6" baking dish. | | 3 | Combine black beans, corn, bell pepper, zucchini and pepper. | | 4 | Spread half of the bean mixture in a baking dish. | | 5 | Spoon ?the salsa over the bean mixture. | | 6 | Sprinkle with ?crushed tortilla chips, then ?the grated cheese. | | 7 | Repeat the layers with remaining bean mixture, salsa, chips and cheese. | | 8 | Cover with foil. | | 9 | Bake until cheese is melted and vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. | | 10 | Remove from the oven. | | 11 | Position rack 2"-3" from heat source. | | 12 | Pre-heat broiler. | | 13 | Remove foil. | | 14 | Broil until lightly browned, about 5 minutes ready to serve in 35 minutes ~- |
