German applesauce meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsGround beef
1/2 lbsGround pork
1/2 cupFinely diced onion
1 cupApplesauce
1 cupBread crumbs
3 tbspKetchup
2 tspSalt
1/4 tspBlack pepper
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Lightly oil a 9x5x3" loaf pan.
3In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix well.
4Place the meatloaf mixture in the prepared pan.
5Bake for 1 ?to 2 hours.
6Let cool 10-15 minutes.
7Turn the loaf out of the pan.
8Slice and serve
