Ingredients:
1 packLong grain & wild rice mix
-- (4 to 6-?ounces)
1 lbsBoneless beef sirloin steak
-- cut in strips
3/4 tspSalt
3/4 tspGround black pepper
1 tbspVegetable oil
1 cupRed pepper strips
1 cupSliced fresh mushrooms
1 cupSliced zucchini squash
1 cupSliced yellow squash
1/3 cupSliced green onions
-- including tops
1 Garlic clove, minced
Procedures:
1Prepare rice mix as directed on package.
2Season beef with salt and black pepper; brown in oil in large skillet over high heat.
3Stir in remaining ingredients except rice; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp.
4Stir in rice; heat thoroughly.
